I then checked the solenoid that locks out the spool and it works. I re-greased the detent assembly thinking it was hanging up. Nothing worked so I took the spool out of the valve body.

WebOct 18, 2021 · Submariner409. Maybe try screwing a STSS screw in the end of each filter section and pull them one by one. Otherwise it's entire dash and HVAC removal. Carefully vacuum out the entire filter cavity. If that filter is so plugged that it's stuck it's a wonder you have any HVAC airflow at all.
